Where to ask for help

AbraTabia support forums are community based and where you can post questions. Support is divided in to a few sections to make sure you are asking in the correct place. Please search the forums first to see if your question has already been answered. Create a new topic for any new issues or conversations.

For billing and payment issues, including not receiving an item you purchased, you must contact the game app store for your device. They handle all payments and control any refunds, credits and subscription management.

For Amazon Devices: Contact Amazon App or Alexa Store from the marketplace you made the purchase from.

Our bug tracker alerts support of real problems reported by users much faster, by sorting them by the number of players reporting it and tracking reports that only happen rarely separately. Device errors cause most of these infrequent situations. Restarting the game app will fix many issues.
